What kind of payment is allowed?
You can pay by credit card or via your Paypal account.
Is the payment secured?
Yes, the payment is done securely via the Paypal payment platform. You don’t need a Paypal account to use it. That being said, you can easily create one for free to simplify your subsequent transactions.
How to place an order?
After selecting the product (s) of your choice, add them to the basket. Then click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of your computer screen or at the bottom on your mobile. Then click on the payment button and fill in the required fields. You can at any time, before the payment, modify the quantity or delete a product in the section “Résumé de la commande”.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can pay for your order as a guest.
Why create an account ?
The creation of an account is done very quickly and allows you to access the history of all your orders. You can also modify your name, add or change a delivery address.
How to create an account?
Go to the link "se connecter" at the top right of your computer or at the bottom on your mobile. A new tab will open with the ability to connect directly to your account or create one if you don’t have one yet. Click on the link “créer un compte” and fill in the requested fields. Notice that the password must contain at least 10 characters.
Can you modify my account information?
No, only the account holder can change the information.
I don’t see an order on my account history. Is this normal?
Yes, remember to log in to your account when you make your purchase otherwise the order will not appear in your history. The same applies to any purchase made before the creation of an account, even if you use the same e-mail address.
I forgot my password. How to change it?
Go to the “se connecter” link at the top right on your computer or at the bottom for mobile users. A new window will open. Under the login button (connexion), click on “Mot de passé oublié ?” The e-mail address associated with the account will then be requested and a password reset link will be sent to that same address.
I want to change my email address. How to do it?
It is not possible at this time to change the email address associated with an account. An alternative is to create a new account with a new email address.
How to track my order?
Log in to your account, a new window will open at the right of your screen. Then click on the “Commandes” tab to track the progress and status of your order. Also note that at each stage, preparation and shipping, an email will be sent to you, so even if you do not have a customer account and have placed an order as a guest, you will be notified by email. Finally, all our deliveries are made via Colissimo with a tracking link.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times may vary between 2 and 10 days depending on your location. For more details please refer to the Shipping page.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days to make a return. For more information on return conditions please refer to the Returns page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, return the item within 14 days and under the conditions provided for. We will always refund you via Paypal within 48 hours. Depending on your bank, the sum may take a few days before appearing on your bank account.
Are exchanges accepted?
Yes, return the jewel received in the conditions provided for and send us an email to specify which jewel you want instead while taking into account the available stock.
